Several scientific studies have shown that meditation provides great help to reduce nervousness and tension. Meditation can reduce psychosomatic ailments such as sore muscles, headaches, insomnia, etc. Margaretha Hagala M.D. will in this lecture present some techniques of meditation and talk about the impact meditation may have on your health.
After her talk, the famous Norwegian comedian, Jon Schau will speak of Madness as Evolution’s Driving Force. He will attempt to create a space of “no interpretation”, a “place beyond” where your mind can just be at peace with itself.
