Anne Siri Langelandsvik (1971), runs Medisinsk Yoga Øst in Oslo, is a MediYoga teacher and therapist and a gon master. Yoga and gong have been a part of her life for many years. She teaches from the heart and is concerned with the power of mindfulness and the breath. As a woman she appreciates how yoga has taught her to live with and listen to her body’s signals and wishes to communicate this to others.
